About the Yearbook

Lychnos: An annual for history of ideas and science is published by the Swedish society for the history of science and ideas. The first volume of Lychnos was published in 1936, making it one of the oldest periodicals in intellectual history in the world.

Lychnos publishes articles in the Scandinavian languages and English. Apart from papers, Lychnos contains a comprehensive section of Reviews, Debates and a section of Miscellanea.
